The tear-resistant and water-repellent outer shell made of Cordura® 600 Denier, in combination with the 12 mm thick inner padding made of high-density foam, offers very good protection for the instrument.
When on the road, a gig bag should be comfortable, not get in the way and guarantee good handling in any situation.
This is ensured by the lined, adjustable backpack straps, the thickly lined comfort handle on the side and the additional front handle. This means that the Economy bags are always ready for use on the way to lessons, rehearsals or concerts. All documents and accessories can be stored in the spacious music and accessories compartments.
All load-bearing parts are specially underlaid and reinforced. A sewn-in protection in the mechanism and bridge area as well as additional shock absorbers ensure reliable safety.
The patented GEWA NPS (Neck Protection System) relieves the sensitive neck of the guitar and ensures that it does not warp even during longer transportation.
GEWA Economy gig bags are available to fit all standard classical guitar sizes, from 4/4 to 1/8, in black, red and blue. Matching bags in black are available for acoustic guitar, acoustic bass, electric guitar in a wide variety of shapes, as well as for electric bass.

In cooperation with partners and GEWA-owned production facilities all over the world, ideas are then turned into instruments. These locations enable us to use production techniques that are not available in this form elsewhere.
Our specialists regularly visit all the workshops to train the staff and to make sure that the production runs according to our ideas in all respects.
This enables us to guarantee a reasonable price at a consistently high production quality. But that is not quite enough for us.
